Return policy


You are advised to first read our Return Policy before making any purchase.

This policy is valid for 30 days. After 30 days following purchase, no product can be accepted back.

Your item can only be accepted back if it was purchased directly from our website (, has not been opened, has not been used, and is in the same condition as was received.

Starter Sets or Collections do not warrant any partial refunds or exchanges.

It is also important to know that before you return a product, you need to contact us. We are however sorry to note that we cannot return shipping fees, except if the items were received from the delivery service while damaged.

In case you purchase a product from a retailer, you are advised to reach out to that store to know more about their return policy.

Exemptions to this Policy. The following are not eligible for return:

  • Gift Cards
  • Used products or those that have been tampered with
  • Shipping costs
  • Make up products

How to Return Products:

1. Contact us through our email –

2. State the reason for returning the item plus the order number (you can include photos where necessary)

3. Get feedback from us through email to confirm the acceptance of the return

4. Properly package the item and include your original order form

5. Once you ship your return, send us the tracking number

Refunds (Where applicable)

  • Once we receive your return and verify it, we will contact you via email informing you of the receipt of your product. We will also inform you of our decision regarding your request.
  • In case your return is accepted, you will be refunded accordingly, except for the shipping fees. A credit will then be applied on your credit card or original payment method, within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (Where appropriate)

  • If you do not receive your refund after the specified number of days, confirm from your bank account.
  • Then write to, or call your credit card company to confirm if there are any delays.
You can then contact your bank. Be informed that the processing of refund takes time and can even last for a month before your bank account is credited.
